Myanmar National League of Democracy Chairperson Aung San Suu Kyi is marching to Naypyidaw to take seat in Myanmar parliament. According to AFP the opposition leader will take her seat in parliament for the first time on April 23.
No one know what will happen in the future but we all hope it will come out some great things by joining NLD in parliament. The Myanmar government was condemned by several media organizations, international society and political parties for more than 2 decades. Now the government itself is changed, opened wider and challenge for new world. It is the right timing for NLD to enter to new era. The NLD leader Aung San Suu Kyi also believes it is the beginning of Myanmar New Era as below.
This is not so much our triumph as a triumph for people who have decided that they must be involved in the political process in this country. We hope this will be the beginning of a new era. We hope that all parties that took part in the elections will be in a position to cooperate with us in order to create a genuinely democratic atmosphere in our nation.
